The steps of a good man are ordered (established) by the Lord, and He delights in his way, though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; for the Lord upholds him with His hand. Psalm 37:23,24
Our steps are ordered by the Lord and I have found over the years that even though I missed Him many times and have fallen that He is always there to pick us up and set us back on the path that leads to life. If you have a heart for God it is almost impossible to miss Him as His Holy Spirit constantly makes course corrections, guiding us into safe havens of peace, even in the midst of the storms of life.
In order to experience the faithfulness of God, one has to fully surrender his life under the control and leadership of Holy Spirit to receive the benefits of ownership. Our all about me society and capitalistic culture won't submit to such language as being owned or controlled by anyone because of our rebellious nature, but that is the life a disciple must lead. If you are a sheep, you live under the care of the Shepherd, if you are a goat, you don't. I tried justifying my lifestyle of buy anything, live anywhere and do anything I pleased until I was made to make a choice. God will never make you do anything, but He will make you choose whom you will serve.
As we move into uncertain times and approach the last days we must learn to trust in the Master's ways and always follow His lead. It is impossible to navigate through stormy seas without divine GPS, the Holy Ghost guidance system that always brings about a peaceful solution to an impossible problem. In light of the world situation and the unstable financial crisis about to descend upon us we must choose to trust in the Lord with all of our hearts, soul and strength in order to lead a peaceful life of heavenly contentment.
But the salvation (deliverance) of the righteous is from the Lord; He is their strength in the time of trouble. And the Lord shall help them and deliver them; He shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in Him. Psalm 37:39,40
